IMPORTANT PLEASE READ! Help us to Help you!

We hope this email finds you well and looking forward to the upcoming Bank Holiday Monday and our much-anticipated Pillar Ride event.

However, we wanted to bring to your attention some important considerations regarding the ground conditions at the venue. As many of you may already be aware, recent weather conditions have left the ground quite wet, which may pose some challenges for parking, as all parking is on grass.

To ensure a smooth and safe experience for all participants, we kindly ask that you:

  1. Install towing eyes on your vehicles prior to arrival, as this may assist in any towing situations that may arise.
  2. Utilise 4x4 mode in your vehicles where applicable.
  3. Where possible, we encourage friends to travel together to limit the number of vehicles, thus reducing the impact on the parking areas.
  4. Please respect and park where the parking stewards direct you.
  5. Remember to register your arrival and to collect your number you will not be able to start the ride until 10am and after without it.

We understand that these measures may require some extra preparation, but they will greatly contribute to the overall success of the event. Additionally, we kindly ask for your patience and cooperation with our volunteers, who will be working diligently to ensure everyone is safely parked and able to depart at the end of the event.

Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated, and we're confident that with everyone's help, we can make this year's Pillar Ride a memorable and enjoyable experience for all.

Looking forward to seeing you there!
