Hat Standards  change for 2017

A guideline for the 2017 accepted hat standards is attached.  BS/EN1384 will no longer be accepted at any BRC event from  1 January 2016. At qualifiers hats will need to be tagged with new Orange hat tags. For any XC events, no ‘peaked’ hats are allowed. These hat standards are mandatory for any events, training, activities run under the BRC insurance

At a local level please be aware that the wearing of an out of date hat standard could affect your insurance or the insurance of the organising body if involved in an accident. Something to be mindful of when hacking or attending local shows.

Do you want to be involved?

We are always looking for volunteers so please do get in touch if you have any free time to assist at any of our events?

Please be aware that  downgrading application requests only applies to members who would like to compete in qualifiers and national

championships, not club competitions.

Passports- Remember it is the LAW to always carry your horses passport whenever you are transporting them. You can be fined upto £5000
