Entries must be in by 10th of May for North Lincs Members and payment made immediatly if not your entry will not be put through.
The price for a Team member is £76 & Individuals £76
Please note! If you have given your name to Caroline and confirmed before Prelim Entries have been submitted. We take this as you being committed this page is just to assist in payment and a record of details.
Once Prelim entries have been made unless a replacement is found we are sorry but you are required to pay. These monies still have to be paid by the club . This applies to qualifiers and championships.
To ensure the Qualifier is run safely each club taking part will be asked to provide a number of volunteers. So please if you can help contact Caroline or the club asap.

Eligibility
For all classes can be found in the current 2023 BRC Handbook
Eligibility will be taken from the close of pre-entry. All competitors must be a member and be on the BRC Database by midday the Friday before the qualifier. Anyone failing to meet the eligibility criteria will be disqualified and informed by BRC HQ when the results are processed.
Rules and Regulations
This competition will run under BRC Rules, anyone in attendance will be bound by the BRC Code of Conduct. If the date of the qualifier is cancelled for any reason and rescheduled within 21 days, the close of pre-entry will remain. If the qualifier is rescheduled for more than 21 days after the original date, entries will re-open. Late entry fees will not be refunded. Eligibility is taken from the Friday before the qualifier, regardless of rescheduling. Pre-entries that cannot attend the new date may be issued a credit note but the Team Manager must inform the office in writing before the cut-off date which the area will be informed of upon rescheduling.
Hats
Hats will be checked by an Official Steward and must be presented before competing.
All hats must have a visible current BRC/BE/PC hat tag in place before they are worn on the showground, to show that they meet the current safety standards. There will be a trained official available on the day to do this for you if your hat does not currently have one. For up-to-date hat rules please see the current BRC 2023 Handbook.
Body Protectors
A body protector to the correct standard is mandatory for this competition and must be worn.
Body Protectors will be checked by an Official Steward and must be presented before competing.
Flu Vaccinations & Microchips
Your horse must have up to date influenza vaccinations in line with rule G7 in the current BRC Handbook. There is also a checking device on the BRC website. As of 1 October 2020, it is compulsory for all horses to be microchipped. It is the rider’s responsibility to ensure the horse is chipped and it is traceable.
All Flu Vaccs must be current and comply with latest guidance. Flu vacc checking on the day at venue.
Other information
Dress as per 2023 Handbook Competition Rules.
Numbers to qualify as per Appendix 10 in the current BRC Handbook.
Junior classes are for competitors aged under 18 on 1st January 2023.
Health and Safety regulations and notices must be adhered to at all times.
Any item of Jewellery or alternative medical treatment wristbands must be covered up by clothing or gloves, if they cannot be removed, at the riders own risk.
Hair must be neatly secured and should not hang lower than the shoulder line (when standing normally).
Only competitors may work in a horse/pony before a class/phase.
Children aged 16 years and under must not be left unattended in vehicles.
Individuals under the age of 12 are not permitted in warm-up arenas on foot under any circumstances. Rule G20.2 refers.
No horses to be left tied to outside of horseboxes / trailers - Rule G9.3 refers
Cars to be parked in allocated area only.
Please pick all litter, muck and hay from around your horsebox in the parking area and take home.
Competition numbers are to be provided by Competitors, along with number bibs.
Stop Watches may be used.
DOGS ARE PERMITTED BUT MUST BE KEPT ON LEADS. DOGS MUST NOT BE TIED TO A VEHICLE AND LEFT UNATTENDED.
