NOTICE OF AGM OF NORTH LINCS RIDING CLUB

to be held on Thursday, 26^th October 2023

at Tetney Golf Club, Station Road, Tetney DN36 5HY

The Committee of North Lincs Riding Club will be holding their Annual General Meeting on Thursday 26^th October 2023 at 8.00pm start at Tetney Golf Club.  The meeting will take the form of a review of the Club’s activities and finance, presentation of trophies, a quiz, and a finger buffet. 

You are invited to attend this meeting, however if you are unable to attend and have any suggestions to put forward to the committee, please do so by contacting any committee member or replying to this email before Monday, 23rd October.  The committee always welcome new ideas for competitions, etc.  It would also be appreciated if you could let us know of your intention to attend by Monday, 23rd October, so we can adjust the buffet requirements accordingly.

Finally, the AGM always presents an opportunity for any members to put themselves forward, or nominate a friend who is keen, to become a member of the committee.  If you are interested, or know someone who is, please complete the slip below in the download document and return to us prior to the meeting.
